Every virtual event has three major costs – Production, Customization, and Technology.

Production Costs can vary greatly depending on the event’s run of show. Key considerations include the amount of live vs. pre-recorded content and remote vs. on-site or in-studio production. To get a detailed production quote for an event, it is best to work with us to develop an effective run of show.

Customization Fees predominately consist of project management, graphic design, and event site configuration. The fees can vary from a few hundred dollars to several thousand. The primary driver in customization is the number of virtual exhibit booths. For example, most virtual tradeshows can be customized for $300-$500 per booth.

vLink Events Technology Fees are based on per event day similar a daily rental in real-world events. For example, a two day event with a small exhibit hall is two times the sum of the base plus exhibit hall fees [2x(750+250)=$2000]. Below are the various fees for different aspects of vLink Events and it’s virtual venue.

BASE PRICING – $750/event day

  • Includes the Event Lobby and Main Stage
  • Live streaming to an unlimited number of attendees
  • Audience engagement & engagement reports
  • Event registration (processing fees may apply)
  • Push Notifications
  • Group and one to one chat.

3 LIVE BREAKOUT ROOMS – Add $250 Per Event Day

  • Includes same features as the main stage

10 ON-DEMAND BREAKOUT ROOMS – Add $250 Per Event Day

  • Includes same features as the main stage

 

EXHIBIT HALL

  • Up to 10 exhibitors – Add $250 Per Event Day
  • Up to 25 exhibitors – Add $500 Per Event Day
  • Additional 25 exhibitors – Add $250 Per Event Day

*NOTE: Exhibitors must provide their own videos and video meeting links. vLink is a platform-agnostic and can work with any video meeting platform that can provide a unique meeting link.

SKYVIEW NETWORKING LOUNGE

  • Small Version – Add $250 Per Event Day
  • Large Version – Add $500 Per Event Day

The Sky View lounge does not include video meeting links. vLink can provide and configure Zoom meeting accounts at $19.99 per account.

 All event pages will remain active for 30 days after the live event. Additional hosting fees start at $200 per month and depend on the size of the event.
